Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

CRL MP(MD) No.3599 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court from 04.01.2021 without fail and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
