The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to conduct Chitra Festival on 12.05.2022 to 14.05.2022 in Keeraikkaaranthattu Sri Sivasudalaimaadaswami Temple.

4.In view of the said submission, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the private respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 12.05.2022. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
