This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C to call for records relating to the complaint in D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul. ORDER:- This Modification Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 19/09/2019 the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court made the following order:

The petitioners filed this petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3265 of 2018, dated 19.09.2019 that the A1/husband of the respondent is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) before the 5th of every English Calendar month to the credit of D.V.C.No.4 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, as ad-interim maintenance, without prejudice to both the parties.

2.There is no representation for the Petitioners when the matter is called today.

CRL MP(MD). No.4287 of 2021 been passed after considering the issue involved in detail. Further, no valid ground is raised by the petitioners to modify the said condition.
