No.3587 of 2021 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.157 of 2021 dated 29.3.2021 that the Petitioner shall appear and sign before Special Sessions Judge(FAC),Special Court for Trial of SC/ST(POA) Act Cases, Pudukkottai.

M. P (MD) No. 327/2021 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge(FAC), Special Court for Trial of SC / ST (POA) Act cases, Pudukkottai and to set aside the same and grant bail to the appellant.

CRL MP(MD). No.3587 of 2021 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.157 of 2021, dated 29.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.157 of 2021, dated 29.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no strong objection to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD) No.157 of 2021, dated 29.03.2021 is relaxed in toto.
