The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2015 and legal notice dated 28.07.2015 given by the petitioner seeking to take action as against the Anjugam Cable, L.C.O.No.49349 in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. According to the petitioner, she is a LCO (Local Cable Operator) in Umaiyathalaivanpatti, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District, under the Arasu Cable TV Corporation. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 19.06.2015 and so far, the said representation has not been considered by them. Hence, she has filed the present writ petition.
3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representation within a time limit prescribed by this Court.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2015, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
