This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass and annoy the petitioner pursuant to the complaint lodged by M/s.Senthamilan, Selvendran and Loganathan. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petition given against the petitioner was transferred to the Revenue Divisional Officer and no petition is pending on the file of the respondents police and therefore, there is no question of harassment by the respondents police.
