Village, Pattukkottai Taluk, Tanjore district based on the representation of the villagers dated 30.03.2013, 14.10.2013 08.11.2013 and 23.08.2014. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General states that quarrying operations have been done only after getting permission from the competent authority and produced a copy of the proceedings made in Rc.No.174/Mines/2013 dated 14.06.2015, in that regard. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
