ORDER

****** This Criminal Revision has been filed to call for the records from the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, (FTC at Magistrate Level), Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.2038 of 2017 in S.T.C No.1277 of 2013 dated 08.05.2017 and set aside the same and consequently direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, (FTC at Magistrate Level), Madurai to permit the petitioner to recall the prosecution witnesses for cross examination.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the next hearing date is 22.06.2017.

3.This Court directs the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, (Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level), Madurai, to pay a costs of Rs.100/- and also to cross-examine P.W.1., on the next hearing date i.e., on 22.06.2017. If or some reason, an adjournment has to be granted either owing to inconvenience or due to exigency of the Court, the matter has to be posted on the next Court working date, on which date, both the conditions of payment of costs and crossexamination of P.W.1 has to be done by the present petitioner.
