ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the Respondents to register a case based on the complaint, dated 30.05.2018 given by the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 30.05.2018 against the proposed accused, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that petition enquiry is pending. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
