(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Challenging the rejection letter issued by the respondent dated 25.07.2015, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.The only grievance appears to be that the request made by the petitioner for extension of time has been rejected without any reason.
3.When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-bank states that they will consider the request made by the petitioner and pass orders afresh within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent-bank, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 to 3 of 2013 are closed.
