Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2021 for absorbing the petitioner as Government Nurse on regular time scale of pay with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a stipulated period of time and in accordance with law and merits.

2.The writ petitioner is working as Staff Nurse on consolidated pay basis in Government Urban Primary Health Centre, M.V.Puram, Tirunelveli District. She was working in that capacity for more than eight years. She seeks absorption. It is the Government which can take a call in the matter. The petitioner has also given a representation in this regard. The first respondent is directed to consider the petition 2/4

mentioned representation and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
