The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondent police to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that a complaint has been lodged by the petitioner as against the third respondent and it relates to the property dispute and summons have been issued to both of them for enquiry on 20.03.2026 and they will complete the enquiry within a period of 2(two) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
