Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1, 2 to conduct an enquiry under Sec.34 of Indian Registration Act, prior to registration of documents presented by the respondents 3 to 5 either by themselves or through Power Agent in respect of the property comprised in S.No.57/1C and 58/8C, Kochadai, Madurai District to an extent of 40 cents by impersonating the petitioner, on production of the petitioner Aadhar Card No. 748719916094 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.2.2024. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that enquiry under Section 34 of the Registration Act will be conducted while entertaining the document presented by the private respondents herein. Objection made by the petitioner will be taken into account by the registering authority.
