ORDER

For a direction to the respondents to provide revised daily wage of Rs.400/- as per proceedings of the first respondent, vide proceedings in A1/10343/2015, dated 21.04.2015, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on both sides and perused materials available on record.

3.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is working as Water Supply Attender in the third respondent. Seeking to revise the wage of the petitioner as per the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 21.04.2015, he approached the respondents. However, the third respondent has not taken any fruitful steps to revise the pay of the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's claim would be considered on merits. 5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 21.04.2015, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
