O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second and third respondents to register the case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 26.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents 2 & 3 on 26.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the enquiry was conducted and the petitioner has appeared for an enquiry and made a statement that he will approach the appropriate forum to seek his remedy and in view of the statement given by the petitioner, the complaint has been closed.

5.Recording submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, if necessary.
