Defendant Nos.2 to 4 PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai to expedite the disposal of the Partition suit in O.S.No.617 of 2022 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The first defendant in O.S.No.617 of 2022, on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit. 2.A perusal of the records reveal that the respondents 1 and 2 herein as plaintiffs, have filed the above said suit for the relief of partition and separate possession.

3.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, all the defendants have filed their written statement along with counter claim acceding to the prayer for partition and they have also paid the Court fee for the same. In such circumstances, the suit could be disposed of expeditiously. 4.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.10.2025.

5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
