The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 2 and 3 in the municipal lane situated in between Door Nos.83 and 83A of Idayar Street, Mela Gudalur, in Theni District.
