O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.07.2015.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she is doing the business of selling pooja articles such as, flowers, banana, coconut etc., before the Arulmighu Sri. Kothandaramar Thirukovil at Devakottai, Sivagangai District. There are small petty shops before the temple, for selling the pooja articles. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 20.07.2015, to the respondents, to permit her to run her business in a small shop. Since, no action has been taken on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court cannot give any positive direction, however, this Court, directs the respondents, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2015, and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
