O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to direct the Superintendent of Police, Tenkasi District /the first respondent to depute a competent police officer other than the respondents 2, 3 and 4 to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a dispute between the petitioner company and their depositors with regard to return of jewels. The respondents 2 to 4, who have no role in this issue are threatening the Manager of the petitioner company to return the jewels to their customers without paying their dues. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the first respondent on 03.02.2024. However, no 2/5

action has been taken so far. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a reasonable time.

4.If the petitioner is having any grievance as against the police officials, he can approach the higher officials of the police Department. With such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
