ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also addressed a letter, dated 21.11.2022 to the Registry requesting withdrawal.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
