ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.04.2018, regarding regular appointment as B.T. Assistant (Maths) and payment of Salary.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

3. In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
