Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2015 for approving layout of building plan to collect ground rent, tax and other appropriate Government fee from the petitioner to enable the petitioner to get all basic amenities like electricity connection, water facility etc., from the Government on the basis of the resolution passed by the first respondent dated 11.02.2015.
