Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the first and second respondents herein to produce the person or body of the petitioner four children's viz., Santhiya aged about 16 years old and the second daughter namely Saranya aged about 14 years old and thirdly son namely Santhosh aged about 13 years old and lastly younger son namely Sanjeev aged about 11 years old before this Court and taking illegal custody of third respondent and hand over the custody to the petitioner.
