Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining the impugned transfer order passed in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.4637/Aa2-2017-2 dated 28.02.2018 issued by the 1st respondent, the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.943-Aa-2018 dated 28.02.2018 and the relieving order passed by the 3rd respondent in Se.Mu.Ka.No.36/ Kaa.U.Ma./Kosukurichi/2017 dated 01.03.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work in Kosukurichi, Dindigul Division. The petitioner, challenging the impugned order of transfer dated 28.02.2018, has filed this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.A.Vadivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,

when a pointed query was raised by this Court, has very fairly submitted that, pursuant to the impugned transfer order, the petitioner joined in the transferred place. Now, since she was aggrieved over the said transfer order, she has challenged the same before this Court.

3.Since the petitioner had joined in the transferred place as admitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the impugned order has been acted upon with the act of the petitioner herself and therefore, the question of challenging the same at this juncture does not arise. Hence, without going into the merits as to the sustainability of the impugned order of transfer, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
