This writ petition is filed for writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order dated 09.06.2020 passed by the 3rd respondent and to direct the 3rd respondent herein to consider the representation, dated 11.12.2019, to utilize the surplus staff one PG in Physics and one PG in Chemistry in High School (6 to 10 standard) based on the work load within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. This writ petition was filed in the year 2020 based on the staff fixation orders issued in the year 2019. In the meanwhile, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the respondents have not issued any staff fixation order.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the staff fixation order is issued for the academic year 2022-2023, dated 08.12.2022. Based on this staff fixation order, the respondents shall consider the Surplus Teachers and pass transfer orders or deputation orders as per law.

4. With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 10.07.2023 Index :
