This Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 20.07.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- [Rupees Thirty Thousand only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of one week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.
