Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

2. Issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner lodged a complaint dated 14.12.2021 alleging that impersonating her husband, the sale deed dated 19.08.2002 was executed and registered under document No.2582/2002 on the file of the third respondent. 2/4

4. The second respondent before whom the complaint was lodged, informed the petitioner to furnish certain relevant documents. The question of challenging the said communication does not arise at all. The petitioner shall comply with the requirement set out in the impugned memo. If the petitioner complies with the same, an enquiry shall be held by the second respondent and an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed within a period of three months thereafter.

5. This writ petition stands disposed with the aforesaid direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
