This petition has been taken out to condone the delay of 1 day in filing the Second Appeal.

2.There is no serious objection on the side of the first respondent as well. The other respondents, despite service, have not entered appearance.

3.Independently, I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition for condoning the delay, besides hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause.

4.Hence, this petition is allowed.
