This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members' life and limb. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Nos.1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that as of now, the petitioner has sent a complaint against the fourth and fifth respondents through registered post. After sending the same, he had not appeared before the third respondent police for enquiry.
