ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, namely, the second respondent herein to send a detailed report as required by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 13.02.2018 and further to direct the first respondent to dispose the appeal, dated 30.01.2018 filed by the petitioner pending before the first respondent after conducting due enquiry in detail.

2.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition and the fact that an appeal has been filed by the petitioner before the first respondent, this Court is inclined to pass the following order without going into the merits of the contentions of the petitioner:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner in relation to the mutation of patta on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to the persons interested within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
