Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation dated 06.03.2024 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
