ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent and their men for the excommunication of the petitioner and other 6 families from the village and ensure not to prevent the petitioner and 6 families to offer donation for any function and other subsequent festivals.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submitted that they will not excommunicate and they will accept the donation offered by the petitioner and the other 6 families of the said villages. The said submission is recorded.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 5th respondent and the petitioner have accepted that in future they will not excommunicate and they will not deny in 2/5

collecting the donations based on the peace committee meeting, dated 27.03.2025. The said submission is recorded.

4.Since the prayer in the writ petition has already been granted by the respondents. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 5.As far as the construction of the building is concerned, Mr.J.Naveen Kumar, Junior Revenue Inspector is present before this Court, who submitted that the construction has been stopped, since the construction is put up in the land belonging to the government puramboke. It is a separate cause of action and the parties shall adhere to the orders passed by the official respondents as per law.

6.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
