O R D E R

This Contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order in W.P.(MD)No.18261 of 2016 dated 10.03.2022.

2. The Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have partly complied with the order. However, the pension was not disbursed. Further it is submitted that the pension proposal was not submitted and the petitioner ought to submit the papers.

3. The petitioner and the respondent shall prepare the pension proposal and submit the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Thereafter, the respondent shall release monthly pension within a period of four weeks thereafter. As far as the arrears of pension is concerned the same shall be paid in three equal installments. 2/4

4. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case if there is any default in complying this direction, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen this contempt.
