This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to strictly implement G.O.Ms.No.60, Labour Welfare and Skill Development (K2) Department, issued by the State Government of Tamil Nadu, dated 02.06.2022, and consequently to permit the petitioner to run the hotel for 24 hours a day based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2024.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.02.2026, this Court directed the fourth respondent to appear in person before this Court on 18.02.2026.
3. Today, Ms.R.Anitha, Inspector of Police, Law and Order, Pudur Police Station, appeared before this Court. She submitted that no 2/5
disturbance has been caused to the petitioner in running the hotel business. She further submitted that the hotel falls within the jurisdiction of K.Pudur Police Station and assured that there will be no interference in future with the petitioner's hotel business, provided it is carried on in accordance with law.
4. The said submission is recorded. In view of the above, no further orders are required and this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
5.
