This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Inspector of Police, Mayanoor Police Station, Karur District to file final report in Crime No.314 of 2016 dated 25.09.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.314 of 2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as "Action Dropped". However, the petitioner has refused to receive the copy of the closure report. Now, a copy of the closure report has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
