This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members so as to enable them to lead the peaceful life on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.12.2016.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, the present petitioner E.Suguna gave a written representation to the respondent Police stating that there is no necessity to take further action. Further, recording the statement made by the petitioner, the complaint given by her was closed. He has also produced a Closure Report, dated 26.12.2016 into the Court.
