This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is arrayed as the first accused in Crime No.81 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police for offence under Section 302 IPC.

4. Since the case is pending against the petitioner for offence under Section 302 IPC, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
