Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SIDDHARTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and heard. 2.This Court by order dated 27.06.2017 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.486 of 2017 while setting aside the order dated 08.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2821 of 2016 in S.T.C.SR.No.2377 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirapalli, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards costs to the respondent on or before 07.07.2017, failing which, this revision stands dismissed automatically without any reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above said conditional order has been complied with by the
