This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that no complaint was lodged as against the petitioner and no any harassment was made by the second respondent as alleged by the petitioner.
