Respondents Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the permission given to the fourth respondent to conduct the festival namely Ayya Naraayana Swami Kovil more particularly ("Ayya Eyathera Vaganthil Pavani Varthul (Small Chariot)") to be conducted on 24.04.2022, if already given or in alternative to modify the permission to confine within the temple surroundings only in Pillaiyarvilai Village at Ayya Naraayana Swami Kovil temple.

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents herein to respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the permission given to the fourth respondent to conduct the festival namely Ayya Naraayana Swami Kovil, more particularly ("Ayya Eyathera Vaganthil Pavani Varthul (Small Chariot)") to be conducted on 24.04.2022, if already given or in alternative to modify the permission to confine within the temple surroundings only in Pillaiyarvilai Village at Ayya Naraayana Swami Kovil temple. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the fourth respondent had already filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.6433 of 2022, dated 07.04.2022, thereby, the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P (MD).No. 7774 of 2022 respondent was directed to pass orders after conducting a detailed enquiry with the petitioner and the counter parties. With the advantange of the said order, the fourth respondent and his members fixed lightings and speakers in the petitioner's village for conducting festival with the intention to create law and order problem.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
4.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, after giving opportunity of hearing them, pass orders on or before 24.04.2022 in the manner known to law.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
