ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai in Cr.M.P.No.4546 of 2017 dated 07.09.2017. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner was granted bail by the Trial Magistrate on condition to produce certain documents. The petitioner's plight is that he is not possessed of such documents. Therefore, on account of such condition he will not be able to come out. The counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner can be shifted to Thiruchirappalli Camp. Since the petitioner has agreed to shift to Thiruchirappalli Camp, this Court is of the view that the modification sought for can be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
