The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to carry out corrections in the revenue records relating to 0.06 ares lands in S.NO.252/3 at Azhagappapauram Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 28.1.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.A perusal of the Petitioner's representation, dated 28.01.2023 would indicate that the Petitioner has not stated the nature of correction to be carried out in the revenue records pertains to the subject property. The representation of the Petitioner is very vague and therefore, this court is not inclined to give any direction to consider her representation. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.

However, it is open to the Petitioner to submit a fresh representation mentioning the nature of the corrections to be carried out in the revenue records and her entitlement to seek such correction.
