O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct survey and also issue survey report. The petitioner has placed reliance on a partition deed dated 22.06.2011. Though, the petitioner has made an application for survey on 20.011.2023, till date, no survey has been conducted. The petitioner also gave representation on 29.01.2025 and thereafter, the respondents have not acted on the survey application. 2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application and if necessary, after issuing notice to the interested third parties and after survey, a copy of the survey report 2/5

shall also be furnished to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 24.03.2025 Index :Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes/No MR 3/5
