The petitioner has given a complaint regarding missing of some documents. The above complaint was not registered by the respondent police. When the petitioner approached the Court below under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C to register a complaint, the court below dismissed that petition holding that no crime has been made out. Challenging the same, the present revision case has been filed.
2.I have heard Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent and perused the records carefully.
3.Admittely, the petitioner filed a complaint alleging that some of his documents had been lost, while taking xerox copy. Hence, there is no impediment for the respondent police to register the complaint and also conduct investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In the above circumstances, the respondent police is directed the register the complaint, filed by the petitioner, dated 30.04.2017 and proceed with the enquiry. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
