This petition has been filed to directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.04.2022 for not to disturb the petitioner's house prayer activities situated at No:3/14E, Bethel Compound, PanamkuzhiVilai, Nattalam Post, Kanyakumari District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint received from the general public, the second respondent forwarded the same to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanathapuram, Kanyakumari District for initiating proceedings for peace committee meeting and the same has been registered in LIR.No.4 of 2022 and it is pending for enquiry on the file of Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanathapuram, Kanyakumari District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the above submission, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanathapuram, Kanyakumari District is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter party and dispose the proceedings within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
