RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT For Petitioners: Mr.M.NALLAMUTHU, Advocate For Respondent : Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No. 307 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The occurrence have taken place on 08.06.2018. The injured is still in hospital. Specific allegations are made against Esakkiraja (A6) and Esakkimuthu (A5) have been shown as petitioners 4 and 5. It is seen that the matrimonial dispute has given rise to the quarrel. Hence this Court grants anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. However, the petitioners 4 and 5 shall stay outside Tirunelveli District for a period of four weeks. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions undertakes that he shall not apply for relaxation or modification as regards the stay outside Tirunelveli District.

5. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two common sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
