The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer O.P.No.633 of 2023 and along with I.A.No.1 of 2025, on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur.

2.O.P.No.633 of 2023, on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur, was filed by the respondent husband for divorce. The petitioner wife has filed the present petition to transfer the case from the Sub Court, Alandur, to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur.

3.The petitioner is having a two years old female child. Therefore, the petitioner submitted that travelling from Srivilliputhur to Chennai would be a difficult task for her. Further, she is not employed. 4.After hearing the rival submissions, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer civil miscellaneous petition. Therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
