The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment of this Court in Ibunu Mohaideen vs. The Sub Registrar, Kilakarai, Ramanathapuram District, W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025. Therefore, following the said Judgment in W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, the writ petition is ordered. The Sub Registrar shall register the document presented by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date uploading of this order.
