(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The writ petition has been filed challenging the sale notice issued by the respondent dated 11.07.2015.
2.When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Pandivel, learned counsel for the respondent Bank, on instructions, submitted that as against the sale notice, an appeal is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in S.A.No.227 of 2015.
