Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.RAMESH ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2826 of 2018, dated 22.02.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
